Is there a video that you wish you had not seen, you wish had not been shared, or wish had not been shared in the way it was? Are you having challenges defending your media from content moderation on social media? Video and technology can be an instrumental tool to advance human rights efforts around the world. However, it is important that we equip ourselves with the knowledge, skills and tools on how to use video and technology effectively, safely and ethically. This three hour workshop will be an interactive, skill based workshop for filmers and sharers of human rights content interested in enhancing their knowledge and skills on the following key areas of human rights video: 

(i)  Video as Evidence: Filming for Evidence with your Mobile Phone 

(ii) Ethics: Using Eyewitness Video in Human Rights Reporting and Advocacy
